અમદાવાદ: શહેરના સરદારનગર વિસ્તારમાં બનેલા લૂંટ સાથે હત્યાના ગંભીર ગુનામાં પોલીસને મહત્વપૂર્ણ સફળતા મળી છે. વૃદ્ધાની હત્યા કરીને સોનાના દાગીના અને રોકડ લૂંટી ફરાર થયેલા બે આરોપીઓને ઉત્તર પ્રદેશમાંથી ઝડપવામાં આવ્યા છે.
પોલીસ માહિતી મુજબ અજાણ્યા ઇસમોએ ભારતીબેન રસીકભાઈ બજરંગે (ઉંમર 65), રહે – શંકર ભગવાનના મંદિર પાસે, ફ્રી કોલોની, છારાનગર, કુબેરનગર, સરદારનગર, અમદાવાદના ઘરે પ્રવેશ કર્યો હતો. લૂંટના ઈરાદે આરોપીઓએ વૃદ્ધાના હાથ-પગ બાંધી દીધા અને ત્યારબાદ તેમની હત્યા કરી દીધી.
આરોપીઓએ વૃદ્ધા પહેરેલી સોનાની ચેઇન અને કાનની બુટ્ટી (આશરે દોઢ તોલા – અંદાજે ₹1.50 લાખ) તથા ₹1 લાખ રોકડ મળી કુલ ₹2.50 લાખની લૂંટ કરીને ઘટનાસ્થળેથી ફરાર થઈ ગયા હતા.
CCTV અને મોબાઈલ એનાલિસિસથી મળ્યો ક્લૂ
ઘટના બાદ સરદારનગર પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં ફરિયાદ નોંધાઈ હતી. પોલીસે CCTV ફૂટેજ અને શંકાસ્પદ મોબાઈલ નંબરના એનાલિસિસ દ્વારા આરોપીઓ ઉત્તર પ્રદેશના હોવાનો પત્તો લગાવ્યો.
તેના આધારે પોલીસની બે અલગ ટીમો ઉત્તર પ્રદેશ મોકલવામાં આવી. મોબાઈલ લોકેશન અને હ્યુમન ઇન્ટેલિજન્સના આધારે આરોપીઓની હિલચાલ ટ્રેસ કરીને 8 માર્ચ 2026ના રોજ ઉત્તર પ્રદેશના ઇટા જિલ્લાના જલેસર પોલીસ સ્ટેશન વિસ્તારમાંથી બંને આરોપીઓને ઝડપી લેવામાં આવ્યા.
ત્યારબાદ આરોપીઓને અમદાવાદ લાવી 11 માર્ચ 2026ના રોજ સવારે 3:00 વાગ્યે સરદારનગર પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં સત્તાવાર રીતે ધરપકડ કરવામાં આવી.

ગુનાહિત ઈતિહાસ
પોલીસ તપાસમાં બહાર આવ્યું છે કે મુખ્ય આરોપી સલમાન ઉર્ફે લલ્લા સામે આગ્રાના વિવિધ પોલીસ સ્ટેશનોમાં હત્યા, હત્યાના પ્રયાસ, ચોરી અને આર્મ્સ એક્ટ સહિતના અનેક ગંભીર ગુનાઓ નોંધાયેલા છે.
પોલીસ હવે આરોપીઓની વધુ પૂછપરછ કરીને આ કેસમાં અન્ય કોઈ સાગરીતો સંકળાયેલા છે કે નહીં તેની તપાસ કરી રહી છે.
