પૂરૂષ આયોગ અને માર્ગ સલામતી અંગે જાગૃતિ ફેલાવવા માટે યોજવામાં આવેલી બીજી “રાષ્ટ્રીય બાઇક રાઇડ” આજે અમદાવાદના વસ્ત્રાલ ખાતે સવારે 8:00 વાગે અને ગાંધીનગર ખાતે સવારે 9:30 વાગે ભવ્ય રીતે સ્વાગત કરવામાં આવી.
આ રાઇડમાં વિશ્વ રેકોર્ડ અને લિમ્કા બુક ઓફ રેકોર્ડ હોલ્ડર બાઈકર્સે ભાગ લીધો છે. કુલ 16,000 કિમીથી વધુનું અંતર કાપતી આ યાત્રા 31 મે 2025ના રોજ દિલ્હીથી શરૂ થઈ હતી.
રાઇડનો મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ છે –
પુરુષોની આત્મહત્યાના કેસમાં વધારો
લિંગ આધારિત કાયદાનો દુરુપયોગ
માર્ગ સલામતી અંગે જાગૃતિ
આ યાત્રા દિલ્લીથી શરૂ થઇને દેશભરના 35થી વધુ મહાનગરો અને રાજ્યોમાંથી પસાર થશે, જેમાં ગુજરાતના અમદાવાદ અને ગાંધીનગરનો પણ સમાવેશ થયો છે.
આ રાઇડ સમાનતા ફાઉન્ડેશન – ગુજરાતના સહયોગથી આયોજિત છે અને તેમાં પુરુષ આયોગ તથા સંબંધિત મંત્રાલયની રચના માટે મજબૂત માંગ પણ રજૂ કરવામાં આવી રહી છે.
