कलेक्ट्रेट परिसर स्थित स्वच्छता वाटिका में आज महर्षि वाल्मीकि जयंती के अवसर पर रामायण का अखंड पाठ आयोजित किया गया।
इस अवसर पर जिलाधिकारी चंद्र प्रकाश सिंह ने महर्षि वाल्मीकि जी के चित्र पर माल्यार्पण और पुष्पार्चन कर श्रद्धापूर्वक नमन किया।
उन्होंने राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गांधी जी की प्रतिमा पर भी माल्यार्पण किया और दोनों महान विभूतियों को नमन करते हुए कहा —
“सत्य, धर्म और अहिंसा जैसे आदर्श ही समाज की असली शक्ति हैं।”
कलेक्ट्रेट की स्वच्छता वाटिका में आयोजित इस विशेष कार्यक्रम में
तहसील महावन ग्राम हबीबपुर के श्री कमल शास्त्री जी द्वारा
महर्षि वाल्मीकि कृत रामायण का अखंड पाठ किया गया।
जिलाधिकारी समेत सभी अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों ने पूरे भाव और मनोयोग से रामायण पाठ को सुना।
जिलाधिकारी चंद्र प्रकाश सिंह ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि
महर्षि वाल्मीकि जी संस्कृत साहित्य के प्रथम महाकवि हैं —
जिन्होंने भगवान श्री राम के आदर्शों पर आधारित रामायण की रचना की।
उन्होंने कहा कि महर्षि वाल्मीकि जी का जीवन यह सिखाता है कि
मानव जीवन में परिवर्तन संभव है,
और अपने कर्मों के माध्यम से महानता प्राप्त की जा सकती है।
वाल्मीकि जी की रामायण केवल एक धार्मिक ग्रंथ नहीं,
बल्कि एक जीवन दर्शन है,
जो हमें धर्म, नैतिकता और मानवता का मार्ग दिखाती है।
महर्षि वाल्मीकि जी के उपदेश —
