थाना राया पुलिस ने अवैध शराब के खिलाफ चलाए जा रहे अभियान के तहत बड़ी सफलता हासिल करते हुए एक अभियुक्त को गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस ने अभियुक्त के कब्जे से एक पेटी और 20 पाऊच अवैध देशी शराब बरामद की है।
प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, 01 जनवरी 2026 को मुखबिर की सूचना पर थाना राया पुलिस टीम ने आयराखेड़ा बुर्ज वाली पुलिया से करीब 40 कदम की दूरी पर दबिश देकर अभियुक्त दर्याव पुत्र गोविन्द, निवासी आयरा खेड़ा, थाना राया, जनपद मथुरा (उम्र करीब 32 वर्ष) को गिरफ्तार किया। मौके से अवैध देशी शराब बरामद हुई।
कानूनी कार्रवाई
बरामदगी के आधार पर थाना राया में मु0अ0सं0 02/2026, धारा 60(1) आबकारी अधिनियम के तहत मुकदमा पंजीकृत कर अभियुक्त के विरुद्ध आवश्यक विधिक कार्यवाही की जा रही है।
आपराधिक इतिहास
पुलिस रिकॉर्ड के अनुसार अभियुक्त दर्याव के विरुद्ध पूर्व में भी आबकारी अधिनियम एवं एनडीपीएस एक्ट के अंतर्गत कई मामले दर्ज हैं, जिससे वह आदतन अपराधी बताया जा रहा है।
