ભાજપ દ્વારા ષડયંત્ર રચીને આમ આદમી પાર્ટીને ખતમ કરવા માટે આમ આદમી પાર્ટીના નેતા ઉપર ભ્રષ્ટાચારના ખોટા આરોપો લગાવીને તેમને જેલમાં મોકલવામાં આવ્યા હતા. આમ આદમી પાર્ટીના વરિષ્ઠ નેતા અને રાજ્યસભા સાંસદ સંજય સિંહ પણ છેલ્લા છ મહિનાથી ભ્રષ્ટાચારના ખોટા કેસમાં જેલમાં હતા. પરંતુ આજે સત્યનો વિજય થયો છે અને માનનીય સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટે રાજ્યસભા સાંસદ સંજય સિંહને જામીન આપ્યા છે. આ પ્રસંગ પર આમ આદમી પાર્ટીના ગુજરાત પ્રદેશ કાર્યાલય ખાતે ફટાકડા ફોડીને અને મીઠાઈની વહેંચણી કરીને ઉજવણી કરવામાં આવી હતી. આ પ્રસંગે આમ આદમી પાર્ટીના ગુજરાત પ્રદેશ પ્રમુખ ઈસુદાનભાઈ ગઢવી અને અમદાવાદ શહેર પ્રમુખ બીપીનભાઈ પટેલ સહિત હોદ્દેદારો અને કાર્યકર્તાઓ હાજર રહ્યા હતા.
ભાજપ દ્વારા ખોટા કેસમાં આમ આદમી પાર્ટીના રાષ્ટ્રીય સંયોજક અને દિલ્હીના મુખ્યમંત્રી અરવિંદ કેજરીવાલજીને પણ જેલમાં મોકલવામાં આવ્યા છે. આ સિવાય દિલ્લીના નાયબ મુખ્યમંત્રી મનીષ સિસોદિયા અને પૂર્વ કેબિનેટ મંત્રી સત્યેન્દ્ર જૈનને પણ ખોટા આરોપોમાં જેલમાં મોકલવામાં આવ્યા છે. આજે સાંસદ સંજય સિંહને સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટ તરફથી જામીન મળ્યા, તે દર્શાવે છે કે આમ આદમી પાર્ટીના નેતા ઉપર કોઈપણ પ્રકારના સબુતો વગર તેમના વિરુદ્ધ ખોટા કેસ કરવામાં આવ્યા છે અને તેમને જેલમાં મોકલવામાં આવ્યા છે. જે રીતે સંજયસિંહને જામીન મળ્યા છે, તે સ્પષ્ટ કરે છે કે સમગ્ર મામલો ભાજપ દ્વારા એક ષડયંત્રના ભાગરૂપે ઉભો કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. આજે આમ આદમી પાર્ટીના તમામ કાર્યકર્તાઓ અને દેશના કરોડો લોકો માટે એક ઉત્સવનો દિવસ છે. અમને પૂરો વિશ્વાસ છે કે આવનારા સમયમાં આમ આદમી પાર્ટીના તમામ નેતાઓ નિર્દોષ જાહેર થશે.
