શ્રીહરિકોટા (આંધ્ર પ્રદેશ): ભારતની અંતરિક્ષ સંસ્થા Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) વર્ષ 2026 ની શરૂઆત એક વધુ મહત્વપૂર્ણ અંતરિક્ષ મિશન સાથે કરવા જઈ રહી છે. ISRO દ્વારા PSLV-C62 મિશનનું લોન્ચિંગ 12 જાન્યુઆરી 2026ના રોજ કરવામાં આવશે.
આ મિશન માટેનું લોન્ચિંગ સતીશ ધવન સ્પેસ સેન્ટર, શ્રીહરિકોટા પરથી કરવામાં આવશે. Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) રૉકેટ દ્વારા આ મિશનમાં મહત્વપૂર્ણ ઉપગ્રહને નિર્ધારિત કક્ષામાં સ્થાપિત કરવાનો ઉદ્દેશ રાખવામાં આવ્યો છે.
ISROના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર, PSLV-C62 મિશન વૈજ્ઞાનિક સંશોધન, પૃથ્વી નિરીક્ષણ અને ટેકનોલોજી વિકાસ માટે મહત્વપૂર્ણ સાબિત થશે. PSLV રૉકેટને ISROનો “વિશ્વસનીય વાહક” માનવામાં આવે છે, જે અત્યાર સુધી અનેક સફળ મિશનો પૂર્ણ કરી ચૂક્યો છે.
