બિહારના પૂર્વ મુખ્યમંત્રી અને આરજેડી પ્રમુખ **લાલુ પ્રસાદ યાદવ**ને કોર્ટમાંથી મોટો ઝટકો મળ્યો છે. નોકરીના બદલે જમીન લેવડદેવડના કથિત કૌભાંડ મામલે દિલ્હીની રાઉઝ એવન્યૂ કોર્ટ દ્વારા લાલુ યાદવ સહિત અન્ય આરોપીઓ સામે આરોપો ઘડવાની કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવી છે. કોર્ટના આદેશ બાદ હવે કેસ નિયમિત ટ્રાયલની દિશામાં આગળ વધશે.
આ કેસમાં આરોપ છે કે રેલવે મંત્રી તરીકેના કાર્યકાળ (2004–2009) દરમિયાન કથિત રીતે કેટલીક સરકારી નોકરીઓના બદલામાં ઉમેદવારો અથવા તેમના પરિવારજનો પાસેથી જમીન પોતાના અથવા પરિવારના નામે લેવાઈ. તપાસ એજન્સીઓ મુજબ, જમીન બજાર કિંમત કરતાં ઘણી ઓછી કિંમતે લેવાઈ હોવાનું કહેવામાં આવે છે.
કોર્ટે પ્રોસિક્યુશન દ્વારા રજૂ કરાયેલા દસ્તાવેજો અને પ્રાથમિક પુરાવાઓનું મૂલ્યાંકન કરીને આરોપો ઘડવાનો આદેશ આપ્યો. કોર્ટનું માનવું છે કે કેસમાં ટ્રાયલ ચલાવવા પૂરતું પ્રાથમિક આધાર ઉપલબ્ધ છે.
આ મામલે લાલુ પ્રસાદ યાદવ સાથે પરિવારના કેટલાક સભ્યો અને અન્ય સહઆરોપીઓ સામે પણ આરોપો ઘડાયા છે. આરોપો ઘડાયા બાદ હવે સાક્ષીઓની તપાસ, દલીલો અને પુરાવા રજૂ કરવાની પ્રક્રિયા શરૂ થશે.
કોર્ટના નિર્ણય બાદ રાજકીય માહોલ ગરમાયો છે. વિરોધ પક્ષોએ આ નિર્ણયને કાયદાના શાસનની જીત ગણાવી છે, જ્યારે આરજેડી તરફથી કેસને રાજકીય પ્રેરિત અને બદલા ભાવનાથી ભરેલો ગણાવાયો છે.
હવે આગામી સુનાવણીઓમાં સાક્ષીઓની તપાસ થશે અને કેસનું ટ્રાયલ આગળ વધશે. અંતિમ નિર્ણય કોર્ટના ટ્રાયલ પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ આવશે.
