उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के माननीय जलशक्ति मंत्री स्वतंत्र देव सिंह शनिवार को मथुरा पहुंचे, जहां उन्होंने भाजपा विधायक राजेश चौधरी के निवास पर पहुंचकर उनकी पूज्य माताजी के स्वर्गवास पर शोक संवेदना व्यक्त की। इस अवसर पर मंत्री जी ने दिवंगत आत्मा के चित्र पर पुष्प अर्पित कर उन्हें भावभीनी श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की तथा ईश्वर से पुण्यात्मा को अपने श्रीचरणों में स्थान देने और शोकाकुल परिवार को यह असहनीय दुःख सहन करने की शक्ति प्रदान करने की प्रार्थना की।
शोक-संतप्त परिवार से आत्मीय संवाद करते हुए मंत्री स्वतंत्र देव सिंह ने कहा कि माता का स्थान जीवन में सर्वोच्च होता है और उनका जाना परिवार के लिए अपूरणीय क्षति है। उन्होंने अपने संवेदनशील शब्दों के माध्यम से परिजनों को ढांढस बंधाया और इस दुःख की घड़ी में हर संभव सहयोग का भरोसा दिलाया। मंत्री जी की करुणामयी उपस्थिति और सादगीपूर्ण व्यवहार ने वहां मौजूद परिजनों एवं कार्यकर्ताओं को भावुक कर दिया।
इस दौरान स्थानीय भाजपा पदाधिकारी, जनप्रतिनिधि एवं कार्यकर्ता भी बड़ी संख्या में उपस्थित रहे। सभी ने दिवंगत माताजी के प्रति श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित कर परिवार के साथ अपनी संवेदनाएं साझा कीं। वातावरण शोकपूर्ण होते हुए भी मंत्री जी की मानवीय संवेदना और अपनत्व ने परिवार को मानसिक संबल प्रदान किया।
