અમદાવાદ જિલ્લાના થોળ પાંજરાપોળમાં હજારોની સંખ્યામાં ગાયો અત્યંત કરુણ હાલતમાં જીવી રહી છે.
અહીં ગાયોને ન ઘાસચારો મળે છે, ન પાણી – જેના કારણે અનેક ગાયોનું મૃત્યુ થયું છે.
વરસાદી પાણીમાં ગંદકી વચ્ચે ગાયો બીમાર હાલતમાં પડેલી છે, જ્યારે પૂરતા પ્રમાણમાં શેડની સુવિધા ન હોવાથી ગાય માતાને વરસાદમાં ઉભી રહેવી પડે છે.
સ્થાનિક લોકોના આક્ષેપ મુજબ, તંત્ર દ્વારા પકડાયેલી માલધારીઓની ગાયો અહીં લાવવામાં આવે છે, પરંતુ તેમની યોગ્ય સંભાળ લેવાતી નથી. જાણે મરવા માટે છોડી દેવામાં આવી હોય તેવી સ્થિતિમાં ગાયો જીવતી રહે છે.
ગાયોના નામે રાજનીતિ કરતી સરકાર અને તંત્રના જવાબદાર લોકો ગાયોની સાચી કાળજી લેતા નથી, તે અત્યંત દુઃખદ બાબત છે.
👉 ગૌસેવા અને ગૌસુરક્ષા માટે દાવા કરવામાં આવે છે, પરંતુ થોળ પાંજરાપોળની હાલત ગાય માતા પ્રત્યેની નિર્દયતાની સાબિતી આપે છે.
