વેપારી સાથે બંગ્લાની છેતરપીંડી ના કેસમાં કિરણ પટેલ ધરપકડ કરતી

અમદાવાદ શહેર ક્રાઇમબ્રાન્ચ ના સંયુકત પોલીસ કમિશ્નર શ્રી પ્રેમ વીર સિંગ સાહેબ તથા નાયબ પોલીસ કમિશ્નરશ્રી ચૈતન્ય આર. મંડલીક સાહેબ તથા મદદનીશ પોલીસ કમિશ્નરશ્રી બી.એ.પટેલ નાએ આપેલ સુચના અને માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ પોલીસ ઇન્સ્પેક્ટર શ્રી વી.બી.આલ દ્વારા ભોગ બનનાર વેપારીની ફરિયાદ આધારે કિરણ પટેલ વિરુધ્ધ ગુનો દાખલ કરેલ છે.
ડી.બી.સી. પોલીસ સ્ટેશન પાર્ટ-એ-ગુ.ર.નં ૧૧૧૯૧૦૧૧૨૩૦૦૭૩/૨૦૨૩ ધી ઇપીકો કલમ ૪૦૬, ૪૨૦, ૧૭૦, ૧૨૦(બી) મુજબ ના ગુનાના કામે નામદાર કોર્ટના ટ્રાન્સરફર વોરંટ આધારે આરોપી કિરણભાઇ ઉર્ફે બંસી S/O જગદીશભાઇ પટેલ ઉવ.૪૫ રહે. એ/૧૭, પ્રેસટીજ બંગ્લોઝ, જીવી બા સ્કુલની બાજુમાં, ઘોડાસર અમદાવાદ શહેર મુળવતનઃ- ગામ નાઝ તા. દસક્રોઇ, જી.અમદાવાદને શ્રીનગર સેન્ટ્રલ જેલમાંથી કબ્જો મેળવી ૩૬ કલાકની મુસાફરી બાદ તા.૦૮/૦૪/૨૦૨૩ ના કલાક ૧/૧૫ વાગે અત્રે ક્રાઇમબ્રાન્ચ ની કચેરી ખાતે લાવવામાં આવેલ છે.
બાદ આરોપીને મેડીકલ ચેક અપ કરાવી કલાક ૩/૧૫ વાગે ઉપરોકત ગુનાના કામે અટક કરવામાં આવેલ છે. આ કામે વધુ તપાસ સારું આજરોજ નામદાર કોર્ટમાં રજુ કરી પોલીસ કસ્ટડીના રિમાન્ડ ની માંગણી કરવામાં આવશે
આ કામે અગાઉ તા.૨૮/૦૩/૨૦૨૩ ના રોજ આરોપીના પત્નિ માલિનીબેન W/O કિરણભાઈ પટેલ ની ધરપકડ કરવામાં આવેલ હતી.
ઉપરોકત ગુનાની વિગત:-
• ફરિયાદીશ્રી જગદીશભાઇ ચાવડા તથા તેમના પત્નિ ઇલાબેન ચાવડા સાથે
ટી-પોસ્ટ કેફે માં મુલાકાત કરેલ હતી. બંગ્લાનું રિનોવેશન કરાવવાથી બંગ્લાની ઉંચી કિંમત મેળવી શકીશુ અને પોતે
ડિઝાઇનીંગ નુ કામ જાણે છે તેમજ રિનોવેશન નો શોખ છે તેમ જણાવેલ • બાદ ફરિયાદીનો વિશ્વાસ કેળવી પોતે બીજા બે ત્રણ કામ કરેલ છે જેનુ પેમેન્ટ
આવશે તો પોતે પણ આ બંગ્લો ખરીદી લઇશ તેમ જણાવેલ
• ત્યારબાદ રિનોવેશન નુ કામ શરુ કરેલ અને ફરિયાદીશ્રી બહારગામ જતા તેમના બંગ્લામા વાસ્તુ કાર્યક્રમ નુ આયોજન કરી લીધેલન્યુઝ પેપર મા ટાઇટલ કલીયર અંગેની જાહેરખબર તથા રિનોવેશન ના બિલો તથા ટાઇટલ ક્લીયર અને વિવીધ ફોટા અને વિડીયો આઘારે નામદાર દિવાની કોર્ટમાં સિવીલ સ્યુટ દાખલ કરાવી છેતરપીંડી કરેલ છે. આરોપીની વિગત
. આંબાવાડી પોલીટેકનીક ખાતે ડિપ્લોમાં ઇન કૉમ્પ્યુટર એન્જીનીયરીંગ નો અભ્યાસ
કરેલ છે. બાદ એલ.ડી એન્જીનયરીંગ માં ડીપ્લોમા ટુ ડીગ્રી એન્જીનીયરીંગનો અભ્યાસ કરેલ હોવાનું જણાવે છે.
* સને-૨૦૨૧-૨૨ માં તમિલનાડુ, આઇ.આઇ.એમ.ત્રિચિ ખાતે એક્ઝીક્યુટીવ એમ.બી.એ નો એક વર્ષનો કોર્ષ કરેલ હોવાનુ જણાવે છે,
શ્રી સને-૨૦૦૧ માં પ્રહલાદ નગર, સંજય ટાવર માં આવેલ બ્રાન્ડ એક એસોસિયેટ નામની સોફ્ટવેર કંપનીમાં પ્રોગામર તરીકે કામ કરતો હતો જેમા રાજકીય પાર્ટીઓ ની વેબસાઇટો તથા જાહેરાતો ડેવલોપીંગ કામ થતું હતુ
– જેના માધ્યમથી રાજકીય હોદ્દેદારો ની માહિતી મેળવેલ છે તથા તેઓના કામો અને પ્રોજેકટોની જાણકારી રાખતો હતો.
4 જાહેરખબરો અને પ્રચાર માધ્યમથી ગર્વમેન્ટના વિવિધ કાર્યક્રમો હાજર રહી લેખકો તથા કલાકારો તથા આમંત્રિત મહેમાનોને પોતાની રાજકીય હોદ્દેદાર તરીકેની ઓળખ આપતો હતો. *. અગાઉ સને-૨૦૧૯ માં દિલ્હી ખાતે ચલો ઇન્ડીયા નો લોંચીંગ કાર્યક્રમ મેનેજ કરેલ
. સને-૨૦૨૨ માં ગર્વમેન્ટ ના જી-૨૦ ના લાભો મેળવવા ના બહાને હોટલ હયાત માં
ઇવેન્ટ નુ પોતાના દ્વારા આયોજન કરવામાં આવેલ હતુ.
આરોપીનો ગુનાહીત ઇતિહાસ:-
(૧) કાશ્મીર શ્રીનગર નિસાત પો.સ્ટે ગુ.ર.નં ૧૯/૨૦૨૩ ઇપીકો કલમ ૪૧૯, ૪૨૦મ
૪૬૭, ૪૬૮, ૪૭૧ મુજબ
(૨) નરોડા પો.સ્ટે ફ.ગુ.ર.નં ૬૬/૨૦૧૭ ઇપીકો કલમ ૪૦૬, ૪૨૦, ૧૨૦(બી) મુજબ ( સ્વામીનારાયણ મંદિરોમાં ફોર વ્હિલ ગાડીઓ ભાડે રખાવવાનુ કહી ૧૬ ફોરવ્હિલ ગાડીઓ મેળવી બારોબાર વેચી દેવાનુ કૌભાડ કરેલ.)
(૩) વડોદરા રાવપુરા પો.સ્ટે ફ.ગુ.ર.નં ૬૪/૨૦૧૯ ઇપીકો કલમ ૪૦૬, ૪૨૦, ૫૦૭, ૨૯૪(ખ), ૧૧૪ મુજબ (નવલખી ગ્રાઉન્ડમાં ગરબાનુ આયોજન કરેલ જેમાં ડેકોરેશન તથા લાઇટીંગના એક કરોડ પંચાવન લાખ રૂપિયા નહી આપી છેતરપીંડી કરેલ )
(૪) બાયડ પો.સ્ટે ફ.ગુ.ર.નં ૪૭/૨૦૧૯ ઇપીકો કલમ ૪૦૬, ૪૨૦, ૧૨૦(બી)
( ખેડુતોને મોટી રાજકીય અગ્રણીઓ સાથેના ફોટા બતાવી મોટી ઓળખાણ હોવાનુ જણાવી ખાણદાણ અને તમાકુ માં રોકાણ કરવા માટે આશરે દોઢ કરોડ રૂપિયાની છેતરપીંડી કરેલ) (૫) સને-૨૦૧૯ માં વ્યારા કોર્ટમાં નેગોશીયલ ૧૩૮ નો કેસ થયેલ બાદ સને-૨૦૧૯ માં આણંદ કોર્ટમાં નગોશીયલ એકટ ૧૩૮ નો કેસ થયેલ.
