कानपुर। दिनांक 07.05.2025 को “ऑपरेशन ब्लैक आउट” के अंतर्गत चल रही मॉक ड्रिल की निगरानी हेतु अपर पुलिस आयुक्त कानून एवं व्यवस्था श्री हरीश चन्दर महोदय द्वारा स्वयं इन्टीग्रेटेड कमाण्ड एण्ड कन्ट्रोल सेन्टर (ICCC) पहुंचकर शहर के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में हो रही मॉक ड्रिल गतिविधियों की रियल-टाइम मॉनिटरिंग की गई। महोदय द्वारा मॉक ड्रिल से जुड़े संबंधित अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश भी प्रदान किए गए, जिससे कि इस अभ्यास को और अधिक प्रभावी एवं सुचारु रूप से संपन्न कराया जा सके। इस मॉक ड्रिल की ICCC से निगरानी की जिम्मेदारी अपर पुलिस उपायुक्त कानून एवं व्यवस्था श्री मनीष चन्द्र सोनकर को सौंपी गई है। उन्होंने फील्ड में मेडिकल टीम, फायर ब्रिगेड, सिविल डिफेन्स और पुलिस की उपस्थिति एवं तत्परता की लगातार समीक्षा की। मौके पर अपर पुलिस उपायुक्त (अभिसूचना) श्री राजेश कुमार श्रीवास्तव भी उपस्थित रहें। कमिश्नरेट कानपुर नगर की यह पहल आपातकालीन परिस्थितियों से निपटने हेतु शहर की तैयारी एवं समन्वय को मजबूत करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
